Tom was a godsend when I was at my lowest point after termination. He fought tooth and nail against a horrible employer who did everything in their power to exploit the system. He treated me as if I was his only client and worked sun up to sun down to get a really great settlement after filing a federal suit. During my deposition which was brutal, this man consoled me on the floor in a suit. What attorney cares that much about his client… the answer is none except Tom. His paralegal called me during the same deposition just to make sure I knew she cared and encouraged me to be strong. I cannot recommend him, Eric, and their paralegal Emily more. You will not be disappointed after retaining this firm!
