I highly recommend Tom. He is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely cares about his clients. From the very beginning, I felt that he had my best interests in mind and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and explain my options. He provided a free consultation and shared a wealth of valuable information without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He fought tooth and nail against a horrible employer who did everything in their power to exploit the system. He treated me as if I was his only client and worked sun up to sun down to get a really great settlement after filing a federal suit. During my deposition which was brutal, this man consoled me on the floor in a suit. What attorney cares that much about his client… the answer is none except Tom. His paralegal called me during the same deposition just to make sure I knew she cared and encouraged me to be strong. I cannot recommend him, Eric, and their paralegal Emily more. He also made the changes I requested regarding agents and representatives. He was thorough and very conscientious. He discussed with me the revisions that he made to the documents prior to finalizing them. Everyone should have estate planning documents and have them reviewed by a competent attorney if they were made years ago or if there have been any life changes.
